By purchasing a ticket or attending a Separation Sessions LLC event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

All attendees must be 18 years of age or older.

Ticket Policy & Transfers

All sales are final. No refunds.
Tickets may be transferred to another individual with prior written approval from Separation Sessions LLC.

Event Changes & Cancellation

We reserve the right to change shooting locations within the same city if necessary (e.g., property availability, sale, or unforeseen circumstances).
If the event is canceled by Separation Sessions LLC, attendees will receive a credit toward a future session.
Travel expenses, accommodations, or related costs are not reimbursable.

Recording & Content Use

Attendees may not record full sessions for later use or distribution.
Attendees may take photos or short videos for personal or social media use.
Full recording of sessions for personal retention or resale is strictly prohibited.

Separation Sessions LLC reserves the right to photograph and record attendees and use such content for marketing and promotional purposes across our brands.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Attendance is at your own risk.

Separation Sessions LLC is not liable for:

Personal injury
Lost, stolen, or damaged equipment
Travel or lodging costs
Any incidental or consequential damages

By attending, you release Separation Sessions LLC from all related liability.

Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any attendee who disrupts the experience, violates these terms, or acts inappropriately, without refund or credit.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, regardless of event location.
